A floral and fragrant version of classic lemonade with the addition of lovely lavender.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp dried lavender (or lavender syrup)
- Ice
- Lavender sprigs or lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a small pot, brew a lavender infusion by steeping the dried lavender in hot water for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the lavender and stir the honey into the infusion while still warm.
- In your Honey Bee Wine Glass, mix the lavender-honey water with fresh lemon juice and cold water.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lavender sprigs or lemon slices.
