This classic from the Prohibition Era combines the botanical flavors of gin with honey and lemon for a refreshing and balanced taste.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and water)
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Instructions:
Combine gin, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker.
Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled Honey Bee Wine Glass
Garnish with a lemon twist.
